We’re very close to finishing our long-awaited Re-Position Yourself: Posture for Life course.
We have been working on this for more than 2 years, but we finally have to wrap it up. We will be releasing the complete online course before Christmas.
The course will be entirely focused on the home based exercises and strategies to restore and rebuild poor posture. It is designed to help people finally beat their low back pain and neck pain that they may have been suffering with for years.
It is going to be an 8 week course with 4 major teaching modules and support each week with video, emails and downloadable forms and exercise sheets.
We are going to cover all the mirror image exercises and postural strengthening exercises that someone needs to restore their posture and help with their pain.
The part I’m really excited about is that we are going to have everyone submit posture photo’s to me so that I can assess EXACTLY what their postural problems are. Then I will prescribe the SPECIFIC exercises that they need to do to correct the postural problems.
It will be completely custom based on their unique postural problems.
Then at the end of the 8 weeks they will submit their posture photos (after doing the course) and I will send them back a report, just like you would get if you were in the office.
HOWEVER, we need your help. Before we finalize everything and do the final edit’s with the video and content of the course, we need to make sure we have covered everything.
